We use pine pellets as the standard litter in our litter boxes. For areas with higher usage, crystal litter is added to enhance odor control and maintain cleanliness. Scooping is conducted twice daily; additional scooping is performed as needed throughout the day.
Should you prefer to provide your own litter, please note that an extra litter disposal fee will be included in your final bill. If your chosen brand of litter runs out during your pet’s stay, you will be responsible for the costs of purchasing replacement litter of the same brand, which will also be reflected in the final invoice.
